General Terms of Service
All commissioned art is to be used only by the commissioner, or with the commissioners written consent. The artwork is not to be edited, referenced or copied in any way shape or form. It is not to be used for commercial use. Custom art is transferrable with all characters.
Credit on the artwork must never be removed.
I retain the right to deny any commission for whatever reason I see fit.
Commissions will be finished within 10 weeks of being ordered, unless specified otherwise.
Payment
USD commissions are to be paid full through PayPal before 24 hours has passed since placing the order (unless a different agreement has been worked between me & the commissioner). If the payment has not been sent within the set 24 hours, you may receive a temporary blacklist.
Custom Characters
Custom Characters & Premade designs may not be sold for more than the original price paid. The one exception to this rule is when the character comes with any amount of extra art. These characters may also be traded, gifted, bred, and revamped.
Litter Designs
Litters pup are to be only sold for the same currency they were ordered for. Thus a litter pup that was commissioned for FPC may only be sold for FPC.
There is a set max of 2 designs per couple. This may be flexible, depending on the designs, so feel free to inquire about yours.
If the the litter design is sold for more than the commissioned price, any amount over the paid is split 50/50 between the commissioner and I.
